Dit weekend staat de tweede Grand Prix van het Formule 1 seizoen 2021 op het programma. De Formula 1 is in Italië. De Formule 1-coureurs en de F1-teams gaan de strijd aan op het ‘Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari’ nabij Imola. Max Verstappen maakt zich in zijn Red Bull RB16B op voor de krachtmeting met de Mercedes bolides van Lewis Hamilton en Valtteri Bottas. In het supportprogramma komen de aanstormende talenten van de FIA Formula Regional by Alpine in actie met onder meer Kas Haverkort. Aanvankelijk zou ook Thomas ten Brinke starten, maar hij is positief getest op Corona en mist helaas deze wedstrijd.
