Voor McLaren moet 2016 het jaar van de wederopstanding worden. Na het desastreuze vorige seizoen verwacht de renstal uit het Britse Woking op zijn minst een flinke stap voorwaarts te maken. Hieronder de specificaties van de nieuwe MP4-31:
